I offer mindfulness courses for elementary and secondary grammar schools, especially for small children and adolescents coming from difficult backgrounds. Mindfulness techniques can be a way for young people to heal their wounds, to experience inner peace and to find a way to connect with their own feelings, and with their peers, teachers and parents. They can learn to give and receive loving kindness at an age when they are fragile and vulnerable.

Here is a good example of the transformation that can be achieved through the power of meditation at schools.

"We have to continue to learn. We have to be open. And we have to be ready to release our knowledge in order to come to a higher understanding of reality."
