During my fifteen years of experience as a trainer the most pressing issue for my participants was time management. How do I address my numerous top-priority tasks at the same time? How do I avoid stress that seems to be a constant companion of managing time? How do I create space for the important things in my life?  

 

Mindful time management is about returning to the present moment. The present moment is the only moment. The future and the past are just notions in your head. The most you can do for your future is to live the present moment fully. If you surrender yourself to the Now, if you make the most of the present moment, your path will manifest and your future will unfold effortlessly and with ease.
