what I do

I offer workshops for:

 

  • individuals wanting to live in self-awareness, true to their authentic selves;

  • helping professionals wanting to teach useful, practical skills for their clients in emotional distress;

  • business professionals wanting to preserve their mental, emotional and physical health, wanting to avoid burnout.

 

My 'mindful living' workshops are all individually tailored and they can focus on time management, communication, conflict resolution, leadership skills, work-life balance.
