why I like it

As a result of living and working mindfully, an essential change has manifested in my life. And it is not about reaching or not reaching my goals or being successful vs. unsuccessful. Hard work and diligence have been my default setting since birth and consequently I have mostly reached my goals.

 

The change is not in the destination. It is in the road that takes me there.

 

With practicing mindfulness I have learnt that I can only find happiness and fulfilment in the present moment. If I do not find happiness here and now, I won’t find happiness at all. If I do not experience the present moment in its full complexity, I miss my appointment with life. And life is just too good to miss.
